Well, Romy is offically six now. She FINALLY got to have the birthday she's been planning since last year's. We did a quiet family party on her real birthday and then on the following Saturday was the kid party. I'm tired just thinking about it. It was nice, though, and Romy had, in her words, "too MUCH fun." I'm taking that as a good thing. :)As for the rest of us we're surviving the new setup. Dane's had his first shift down at the bar serving drinks and everything by himself. He's feverishly studying his price list still but starting to have more fun with the job. And me, I'm surviving too. I was a little panic-stricken my first day and thought the world might end but it turned out to be unnecessary panic and I'm starting to almost like being there. I do miss my old job so much, though. But this job holds promise for learning a lot of cool web stuff. I've already put some stuff together that even I was a little impressed by. (Excuse me while I pat my own back...) But it is actually a lot harder than I expected, so hopefully I can hang in long enough to catch up and do really well. Then I'll quit. :D
Anyway, though, I hope you're doing well, I miss you all so much!! Good night.
